Dephion was experiencing rapid growth, but it still needed to hire many more people to fully realize its potential and achieve its goals. Despite having unique USPs akin to those of Silicon Valley companies, being in an area where people least expected to find a company like Dephion, it didn’t amount to much if the company remained unknown and hard to locate.

In addition to raising brand awareness, it was vital to attract individuals who truly resonated with Depion’s vision – “our kind of people”. Dephion was on the lookout for those who were genuinely passionate about their craft and shared the unwavering drive to create exceptional things. Interestingly, they all had a common love for gaming and movies, which further strengthened their bond.

Super Heroes

The influence of superhero movies like those of the Marvel Cinematic Universe has played a vital role in shaping the identity and character of the Dephioneers for this campaign, making them an embodiment of courage, determination, and an unyielding sense of purpose.

Showtime

Dephion’s own team members were the stars of the shoot, with their headquarters, the Cubic, serving as the stage for this production.

The end product was showcased throughout Limburg, including in cities such as Maastricht, where it was displayed in prominent areas such as bus stops and train stations.
